A Modular home is a stick built house, constructed in a factory. It is built under ideal conditions and structurally engineered to be built in sections which are transported to the building site.

The modular concept relies on a factory to produce a substantial structure in order to minimize on-site work.

A Modular home is not...

• restricted to basic plans or styles
• restriced to small low cost homes
• restricted by zoning
• difficult to finance
